For billing companies · free · weekly
The practices in your state that just lost their biller. Every week, in your inbox.
A practice that posts a job for a medical biller has a billing gap today: claims aging, denials unworked, an owner who is suddenly open to outsourcing. We mine the public job boards each week, strip out hospitals, staffing agencies, vendors and federally funded clinics, and send you the independent practices in your states and specialties. No charge. No catch.
What a week's list looks like
| Practice | City, state | Specialty | Signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| [Independent orthopedic group] | Austin, TX | Orthopedics, 4 physicians | "Medical biller" posted 3 days ago |
| [Pediatric therapy practice] | Allen, TX | Pediatric PT/OT | "Billing specialist, urgently hiring" |
| [Vein clinic] | Johnson City, TN | Vascular, single site | "Medical billing and collections" posted 6 days ago |
| [Physician-owned primary care] | Chicago, IL | Family medicine | "Medical biller / AR follow-up" |
Illustrative rows. Real lists carry the practice name, the posting link, and the office phone where the posting shows one. Everything comes from public job postings; there is no patient or claims data in a lead list, ever.
Why we give this away
We recover denied and underpaid claims on contingency, and we deliberately don't do billing. Practices come to us needing a biller; we'd rather send them to billing companies we know than to a directory. The list is how we get to know you. If one day you want us to work your clients' write-off pile as your subcontractor, that program is here. If you never do, the list is still yours.
- Weekly. New postings only; we dedupe against everything already sent.
- Your states, your specialties. Tell us where you work and what you bill; we filter to that.
- Independent practices only. No hospitals, health systems, FQHCs, staffing firms, RCM vendors or device companies.
- Unsubscribe in one click. Every email carries it.
