Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Claimmender ("Claimmender," "we," "us") provides billing advocacy and revenue-recovery services to healthcare providers, including analysis of claims and remittance data and preparation of claim resubmissions, appeals, and payment disputes. Claimmender is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. This website

This site provides information about our services, educational content, and a way to request a free denial audit. Content on this site — including the denial-code library — is general educational information, not billing, legal, or payer-specific advice, and is provided "as is" without warranties. Verify all payer rules against the payer's current published policies.

3. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Any recovery services we perform for a practice are governed by a written Service Agreement and, where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement — both signed before work begins. Submitting the audit-request form does not create a service engagement. Protected health information may be submitted only through the secure, BAA-covered upload on our signup page after the Business Associate Agreement is executed — never through the contact form or plain email.

4. No guarantee of results

Recovery outcomes depend on payers, documentation, and claim facts. Statistics cited on this site are industry figures, and estimates we provide are estimates — not promises of outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.

6. Intellectual property

The Claimmender name, logo, and site content are our property. You may link to and share our educational pages with attribution; you may not republish them as your own.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimmender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its content. Our liability arising from services is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

8. Changes; contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: contact@claimmender.com.
