What this site collects
Only what you type into our audit-request form (practice name, your name and role, work email, billing-software name, notes), plus anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics — page views and general location — which uses cookies. We use this solely to understand which pages are useful. No patient information ever touches this website, and we never sell or rent data.
How it's used
To respond to your request and communicate about our services. That's it. We don't sell or rent contact information, ever.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
- FormSubmit — relays form submissions to our email.
- Google Workspace — our email and document storage.
- Google Analytics — anonymous site-usage statistics.
Protected health information (PHI)
Do not submit PHI through this website. Patient-related data is handled only within a service engagement, after a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is signed, through access-controlled, encrypted channels — never through this site or plain email. Within engagements, claim files are processed on secured systems and are not fed to third-party tools outside our BAA coverage.
Outreach email
If we've emailed your practice, it's because your organization is publicly listed as a healthcare provider. Every such email identifies us and includes a working way to opt out; one request and you will not hear from us again.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry data while relevant to a potential or active engagement. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you: contact@claimmender.com.
