Your billing software already exports ERA/835 files — about three clicks. We send exact instructions for your system, and a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement comes first.

Within 2 business days: total denied dollars, what portion is realistically recoverable and why, and your top denial patterns by payer. Honest about what's not worth chasing, too.

We recover, you verify

We correct, resubmit, and appeal in deadline order. Recoveries post on your own remittances — our monthly report reconciles to them. Our fee is a percentage of what actually posts. $0 otherwise.

Built to be trusted with billing data

BAA before any byte moves. A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is signed before any file transfer, and files live only in access-controlled, encrypted storage.
Analysis runs locally, not in someone's cloud. Claim files are processed on secured machines under the BAA — patient data is never fed to third-party tools outside it.
Your own remittances are the invoice. We bill only against recoveries visible on your own 835 postings — nothing is ever taken on our word.
